Additionally, the adoption of a concierge model for cleaning teams has enhanced responsiveness and autonomy. JPC’s focus on waste reduction and data-led delivery, alongside a strong commitment to inclusive hiring and empathy training for managers, further solidified their win.

Michael Ajewole Named ‘iWFM Manager of the Year’
Michael Ajewole’s outstanding leadership earned him the prestigious iWFM Manager of the Year title. Known for his people-focused approach, Michael inspires his team to deliver excellence through collaboration and passion. Estate Director Gary Blackledge praised him, saying, “Michael fosters a collaborative and passionate culture. His leadership makes an immediate impact.” Facilitate Magazine have described him as ‘the embodiment of the event’s energy’.

Finalist Recognition for Adam Simm and William Rosa
JPC by Samsic also celebrates Adam Simm, a finalist for ‘IWFM Newcomer of the Year,’ and William Rosa, recognised in the ‘Frontline Heroes’ category. Adam’s fresh ideas have made him a key player leading fundamental, legacy stages of Battersea Power Station’s cleaning, while William’s dedication over eight years at The Leadenhall Building has been instrumental. William’s leadership in training and client service has set a new standard for excellence.
