Ricardo has been a full-time cleaning team member at Paternoster Square since 2007. In 2019 he was promoted to Working Supervisor role. He is responsible for maintaining an excellent standard on the Square and working closely with his team to achieve our joint objectives. We have known and worked with Ricardo for 7 years and have always found him dependable, efficient, and unfailingly punctual.

He brings true professional attributes to Paternoster Square and genuinely cares about delivering excellent quality work.

He always tries to stay upbeat, look for positive outcomes or compromises in difficult circumstances, and focus on the good. He has tackled every challenge that came his way and has helped everyone around him do the same. We have a very busy event calendar during the year, and he is always there to make sure the events run smoothly, bringing success to the team.

He also projects a warm, cheerful attitude not only to our clients but to everyone who visits the Square. We have seen him resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact.

He loves people, works hard, and always tries to lift the spirits of those around him.

He represents the values of Paternoster Square, taking pride in every task he does. He often says he feels like he is a part of a family here and the Square like his second home.

Ricardo often takes part in charity events, such as collecting Christmas toys for hospitals, running 5k distances, walking the half-marathon or skydiving with the team of Paternoster Square.

He has been an amazing help during the COVID-19 pandemic, and he worked extremely hard to make sure the standards and cleanliness were at the highest levels at all times even with the reduced resources on site.
