Investor in Customers (IIC) is an independent body of customer experience experts. They benchmarked two vital elements of our business:
Customer experience: consulted our customer base to assess how well we understand, meet and exceed their needs.
Employee engagement: consulted our teams to understand how effectively we work together.
From their analysis, IIC identified where we are performing well and areas for further development. Because the process involves both customers and employees, IIC have helped us to align external and internal goals more closely with each other.

Our Workplace Concierge model upskills team members to interact directly with building users, listening and responding to their needs – a world-class housekeeping service.
