A Year of Recognition and Wins – 2024 recap for JPC by Samsic

JPC by Samsic re-tested the London cleaning market in 2024 to implement their first-to-industry solutions for businesses and premises. As the only specialist cleaning company to offer integrated Customer Experience and Concierge within their cleaning service, the Samsic Group Division have accelerated ESG and Social Value impact for their existing clients. 25 new contracts have been mobilised by the team, for businesses re-developing their office communities and workplace environments. 

Taking on new contracts in properties in several different industries in 2024 such as; Data Centres, Insurance, Finance, Investment, Pension, Technology, Retail, Energy, Media & Managing Agents – which includes Green Constructions, Workplace Campus/Estates and Heritage Offices.

Additionally, the team have attended many award functions and won several awards, from the PFMs, Green Apples and iWFMS, also including ICXA (International Customer Experience Awards). Earning a total of 21 industry awards at UK, European, and International level.


This includes National Overall Champions at the Green Apple Awards (from The Green Organisation), Best Use of Smart Solutions at European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards (European Cleaning Journal) and breaking barriers as the first cleaning company to win at the International Customer Experience Awards (organised by Awards International).
